On 25 July 2018 the City Board approved the “Plan to Develop values”, a living, flexible document which highlights the three core areas and the actions to be implemented in each one of them until the end of the legislature. The Plan aims to integrate the 17 values in the “Bilbao Charter of Values” in the local residents’ daily life.
The three core areas, as deployed by citizens’ collaboration and participation, are Bilbao Balioen Hiria: Udala, Agiriak and Sariak. Each one of them envisages key actions, which will be implemented in coming months.
